Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer domestic shipping only within Singapore.

Standard Shipping

• 1~3 working day(s) after pickup
• $3.65 flat rate
• Free for orders over $60

Same-Day Shipping

• Order before 6pm and receive it by 10pm the same day
• $10 flat rate, Seller delivery
• Free for orders over $120
• Orders placed after 6pm will be contacted to arrange the next best option. Otherwise, it will be delivered the next day.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability and local coverage.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
