The Angel Wings blend is designed to cut through milk and create a sweet and caramelly latte or espresso. Its flavour profile is interesting and easy to brew - a real crowd pleaser!

The aroma opened with very prominent honey notes, which were quite inviting. As an espresso, the chocolate tones and sweetness came through pretty strongly, leaning more toward the sweet side than bitter, which is exactly what i wanted.
