Paola Trujillo is an exceptional woman. Growing up on her family farm at Patio Bonito, she works with her father Don Carlos who has produced coffee here for over 4 decades. Paola is a chemical engineer, and uses her expertise to forge new fermentation and processing methods to further increase value of their production. Paola’s philosophy revolves around sharing knowledge and experiences with farmers and others, and her primary objective is to create strong connections with the specialty industry. We’re extremely grateful to be able to be able to share her coffee.
