What is Rosmarago?
Rosmarago is a special plot within Rosma Farm where Pacamara (75%) and Maragogype (15%) trees are cultivated. This rare lot offers a distinctive, layered flavor profile that reflects both the terroir and careful cultivation.

Cherries are picked at sunrise and meticulously sorted for ripeness. They go through density sorting, gentle depulping, pH-monitored fermentation (12–36 hours), and slow drying on African beds for 12 days. The result is a clean, vibrant cup with depth and clarity.

Cupping notes:
① A juicy burst of apricot and baked apple flavors.
② The juicy essence of mandarin orange with a sweetness reminiscent of amaretto.
③ A lingering aftertaste like savoring raw caramel, with a clean and pleasant finish.
