Tart Red Berries, Stone Fruit & Dark Chocolate
Los Pirineos sits atop the Tecapa volcano in El Salvador's Usulután department, at 1,100–1,400 meters. Diego Baraona now runs the farm his father Gilberto built into an award-winning source of Pacamara, continuing a legacy of top placements at the El Salvador Cup of Excellence.
This washed lot brings out bright red berry and stone fruit character balanced by a rich dark chocolate finish — a structured, complex expression of a variety that can be unpredictable, but shines consistently when grown here.

from 3 reviewsNice experience in the process; the seller is very helpful and responsive as well
The aroma opened with very prominent honey notes, which were quite inviting. As an espresso, the chocolate tones and sweetness came through pretty strongly, leaning more toward the sweet side than bitter, which is exactly what i wanted.
