This is our first year working with Ludivia Luna’s coffee. We have released a number of Aruzi selections over the years, but it remains a variety we are still getting to know—and our exploration has only just begun. In the cup we find ripe plum, white grape, and hibiscus.

The aroma opened with very prominent honey notes, which were quite inviting. As an espresso, the chocolate tones and sweetness came through pretty strongly, leaning more toward the sweet side than bitter, which is exactly what i wanted.
