Producer Our sixth year working with Muraho Trading Co. We assisted in developing the fermentation protocol for this lot, together with Muraho and Novonesis.

The aroma opened with very prominent honey notes, which were quite inviting. As an espresso, the chocolate tones and sweetness came through pretty strongly, leaning more toward the sweet side than bitter, which is exactly what i wanted.
